The Latin American Film Festival of Trieste this year will be completely online! On our website, www.cinelatinotrieste.org, you can find the presentation of this XXXV edition, information about the awards, the history of the Festival and much more.
In the "Sections" menu you can find the complete list of the Festival Sections and the films competing this year.
In the "Programme" menu you can find the films that will be available day by day.
To watch a film, select your preferred day. You’ll see that each film will be available for 24 hours, 48 hours or for the entire duration of the Festival. You can simply click on the film you wish to watch and then click on the "Watch film" button. You will be redirected to the Mowies platform, the platform that allows us to be online this year, and after your payment you will be able to watch whenever you like within the online availability period specified in our programme.
Always check that the film you are interested in is scheduled for the current day. In case it’s not, the Mowies platform will notify you with an error message.
Subtitles will be available in Italian and/or English and you’ll decide whether or not to display the subtitles.
Just click on the settings at the bottom right of the page and select the desired language from the Subtitles drop-down menu.
In some cases, films will have subtitles already imprinted on the video that cannot be edited or deleted. In order to easily add and read the subtitles you want, simply click on the settings next to Subtitles, choose the colour and background of the subtitles to cover those already imprinted and, if necessary, the size.
