Synopsis:
The psychotic outbreak of a neighbor of the City of Buenos Aires, reported by the media, shows the crisis of mental health in Argentina, which manifests itself in the confinement, the madhouse, medicalization, privatization of health and the population completely ignoring all these issues.
The film is made of public scenes and narrations of those who lived in the same building.

Biophilmography:
Fernando Figueiro is an independent director, producer and screenwriter. He studied Audiovision at the National University of Lanús and worked for several years in different national and international multimedia production companies. He currently works as a teacher of audiovisual media.
