Synopsis:
Emilia returns to her village after living for a long time in the city. The break-up with Ana, her girlfriend, sped up the decision. She moves back into her mother's house and gets a job as a schoolteacher. Little by little, Emilia will reconnect with the people of her village, with loved ones from her past, but also with the feelings that made her emigrate.

Biophilmography:
César Sodero was born in a small town in the Argentine Patagonia, called Sierra Grande. He studied Cinematography and Philosophy in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he currently lives. He has been working in the film industry for more than ten years. In 2016 he made the short film Una mujer en el bosque (Official Competition in Sitges). He is also a book writer. In 2016 he published Sierra Grande and in 2019 El Mar de los Lobos: both books have received awards. Emilia is his first feature film.
