Synopsis:
A cruise ship is being built to accept contingents of migrants willing to improve their situation. Thanks to the intervention of art experts, the migrants on board will be trained and prepared until they become works of art.
They will then be able to enter any country in the so-called "First World", where any legislation protects the arrival of works of art in museums and foundations.
