Synopsis:
Under the lucid gaze of the young foreigner Gustave Verniory, a sensitive cinematic space is drawn, which plays and dialogues with the past and the present. It drifts between the human and geographical landscape to reveal the profound essence of the Araucan territory conquered by the Chilean army at the end of the 19th century.

Ignacio Agüero is a filmmaker and a full professor at the University of Chile, where he has been teaching cinema for fifteen years. Retrospectives of his films have been held in Barcelona, Mexico City, La Paz, Rio de Janeiro, Buenos Aires, Lima, Trieste and Chile.
